North American Training Solutions provides training services for municipalities, regional districts, cities, counties and towns. Many municipalities have long term training goals in place and retain our services on an on-going basis to ensure that their staff are receiving quality, consistent training. We have developed on-going training programs that follow through over the course of several years with training objectives and goals designed to meet specific requirements for many municipalities. In addition, municipalities are beginning to request competency testing of their staff to document a standard level of performance, and in order to determine workers competence in high risk activities thereby further reducing management liability.

The majority of the standard courses listed on this website are applicable to the job duties required by municipal arborists. Many municipalities enroll small numbers of their staff in our on-going public programs scheduled across the United States.
