About Me
Sam is a Instructor and aerial rescue specialist with North American Training Solutions (NATS). With a Master of Science in Industrial Safety from South Dakota State University, Sam studied aerial rescue and emergency response with Dr. John Ball. Along with instructing with NATS, Sam also is an adjunct instructor with the University of Minnesota - Crookston teaching Urban Forestry/Arboriculture. Sam also is a certified EHAP instructor through the Tree Care Industry Association. Career accolades include publications in Arborist News, Australian Newsletter, Minnesota Arborescence, and TICA magazine. Sam is an ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Tree Worker, and TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional.
